About Us

It is our mission to become 'The Authority' in Survival advice, information and training. We aim to achieve this through making survival training and resources accessible to everyone through a portfolio of courses designed to take participants from basic principles through to advanced training. In addition, Trueways strives to keep survival simple and fun with an emphasis on the fundamentals. Our ultimate goal is to firmly instill the necessary survival tools in everyone's 'mental kit bag'.

Our expert team has been training since the 1980's with a management restructure in 2005 when the current management team was put together. A number of experienced professionals from various backgrounds, the focus has since then been on building the foundations for a scalable business, with ethics, high quality standards and business performance in mind.

Into 2011 we're looking forward to adding new training sites to other UK regions as well as growing our range of overseas training locations and course types. We are also expecting to add a number of new, highly experienced training team members to the team. We also intend to continue to develope survival related products such as the Trueways Survival Tool, The Trueways Survival Playing Cards and of course our training DVD's such as the already highly succesfull 'Trueways Survival Skills with Lofty Wiseman'.
